Return & Exchange Policy

First of all, we would like to apologize that our products was not up to your expectation. We want you to be our customer and if you are our customer, we loved to help you. We believe in after sale services. Our return policy is as per Islamic Shariah. We provide 15 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items within 15 days of product receipt.

Exchange Policy:

  1. What if I need to replace the product?
  • If the perfume you ordered doesn't match your personality, simply 
  • Pack the product in its original package.
  • Perfumes should have at least 90% remaining in bottle.
  • Samples/Testers Bottles does not have any Return or Exchange Policy
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new perfume (depending on the availability).      

please note that this process may take 3-5 working days after receiving your returned products.

  1. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?
  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for other product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).     

please note that this process may take 3-5 working days after receiving your returned products.

Return Policy:

  1. What if I wish to return my product?
  • If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
  •  send/courier us the product at our Office (will be provided).
  •  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused we will refund your all amount without any deduction.
  • Perfumes should have at least 90% remaining in bottle.
  • Samples/Testers Bottles does not have any Return or Exchange Policy
  • Delivery charges are not refundable for your return order.

2.How will I get My refund?

There are two options for refund:

Coupon Code
Cash Back

  • What’s Coupon Code?

You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can, later on, use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.

  •  What’s Cash Back?

If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount to your Bank Account or Easypaisa.
